Client & Content Manager

32-40 hours

We, Driffen (active in motorsport, football, tennis, and speed skating, among others), are looking to strengthen our team. But not just with anyone. You’ll be the right hand of the owners, the go-to person for clients, the brain behind content planning, and the key link between athletes, creatives, and strategists.

You make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll manage our portfolio of sports clients.
  • You’ll communicate with clients via phone, email, and group chats like Slack or WhatsApp.
  • You’ll contribute ideas to campaigns, formats, and strategy (but you won’t be filming or designing yourself).
  • You’ll create schedules for the creative team and keep track of progress.
  • You’ll work with tools like ClickUp and Pipedrive.
  • You’ll take over many tasks from the owners and be their go-to sparring partner on content and strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with experience in marketing or content (agency or sports background is a plus).
  • You’re independent, social, and not afraid to speak your mind.
  • You’re skilled in both spoken and written English.
  • You move fast, know how to plan and communicate, and have a feel for both sports and social media.
  • You’re not fazed by direct feedback (sometimes blunt, comes with the territory).
  • You don’t need to be a sports fanatic, but you do need to understand how the world of sports works.
  • You’re okay with working evenings and weekends, because that’s when our clients, and the sports world, are in full swing.

How we work

We’re not your typical sports marketing agency. We operate right in the heart of the sports world, which means this isn’t a 9-to-5 job. We work when our clients need us, during events, on evenings, and weekends. In return, you get a lot of freedom, but you have to take ownership. We like people who manage their own schedule, keep us in the loop, and don’t wait for instructions. If you take initiative, we’ll be right there with you to brainstorm and build.
